ARCON - Array Console Overviewer
A downloadable tool for Windows
Welcome to ARCON! (Array Console Overviewer)
ARCON is a array-based image/graphic visualizer console that works with .arr files.
This is a test program to experiment with the Array Object's capabilities and storing data.
CONSOLE COMMANDS:
edit - Opens the array visualizer editor
sequence - Opens array sequence visualizer
run - Opens array with specific name "app.arr"
ESC - Go back to console/Exit program
EDIT MODE:
In this window, you can modify pixels to your liking with 29 unique shapes to choose from.
You can open array images or save a new one to work on for the future or to take to the sequence mode.
Commands:
S - Save array image
O - Open array image
RMB - White pixel (smooth)
LMB - Singular pixel modifier
MMB - Randomized pixel modifier
Scroll wheel - Select pixel images faster
SEQUENCE MODE:
This mode will load images called "sequence_#.arr" in order, one at a time, to play a sequence of images.
This mode is to visualize multiple array images as one motion picture.
The performance may vary between machines.
APPLICATION MODE: (Experimental)
This mode only "theoretically" works and use with caution.
This mode will open only one image(app.arr) but it will refresh it at a fast speed.
In theory, one can modify the array file mid-refresh to change the image and essentially make a working application.
This is only speculation however and its up to you to experiment with it!
