HyperSprite
A downloadable tool for Windows
HyperSprite is a sprite stacking program, that allows you to stack up sprites to give them a "3D" isometric look.
You can upload your own sprite layers and put them on top of each other, resize layers, adjust their height in order to create isometric sprites with ease.

Very cool program. I'd also add 2 major things:
- you can choose how big you want gap between two sprites
- and that you can select multiple layers at once.
I hope you'll add these things soon :)

Nice program! However, there is an issue I've noticed with the menu buttons where the text is slightly cut off at large resolutions (could be a high DPI issue instead).
Hopefully this could be fixed.
EDIT: just noticed there is a typo in the README. in the shortcut information one of the shortcuts is spelled "Numpad Numers"
Oh, yikes! I was writing that README in so many different ways that I probably missed the spelling issue haha
About the menu button cutting off: does it happen when you change the size of the window, or does it happen when it's maximized? Also, what is your current resolution?
For the menu it happens in both cases, my screen resolution is 1920x1080 (150% DPI scale)
May be because of the DPI scale :/
