Overnote

Overnote is a "Notepad Overlay Program" where a small overlay will be on the side of your screen to take quick notes without switching between tabs.

You can browse other tabs and not worry about always changing screens & tabbing out between taking notes and browsing. This program will be overlaid on your screen and will stay on top as you work on other programs.
